In his address, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sushil Kumar Tomar expressed profound grief, stating, "The untimely loss of a bright and dedicated student is an irreplaceable void in our University Community. This tragedy deeply affects us all, and we must unite to ensure such incidents are prevented in the future." He extended heartfelt condolences, praying for eternal peace for departed soul and strength for his family to endure this profound loss.
The meeting was attended by Prof. Munish Vashishtha, Dean (Institution), Prof. Atul Mishra, Dean (Academic Affairs), Prof. Pradeep Dimri, Dean (Student Welfare), Prof. Sachin Teotia, Dean (Life Sciences), Dr. Kakoli Dutt, Chairperson of Life Sciences, along with other deans, chairpersons, senior officials, faculty, staff, and students. The gathering offered prayers for eternal peace of departed soul and expressed condolences to the bereaved family during this time of immense sorrow.

FARIDABAD NEWS 01 SEPT 2025 : GAUTAM ; J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, solemnly organized a condolence meeting at Shakuntlam Hall of the University in the memory of Daksh Luhach, a first-year student of B.Sc. (Life Sciences), who tragically passed away on August 28, 2025.
